Opening in 1991, The Governor's Cup Coffee Roasters is Salem, Oregon’s longest run coffee house and small-batch coffee roasters. We absolutely love what we do, and do it with heart and with an attention to detail that we know you can feel. We’re passionate about serving you a fantastic cup of coffee, or one of our crave-worthy breakfast sandwiches to kick off your day.
It’s also pretty great if you dig our playlists and want to sit down and hang out with us for awhile. The folks that come here have become friends and family, where we encounter truly fascinating and diverse mix of all walks of life. It makes for interesting and impromptu conversations, great people watching, and fills the space with an energy and magic that is arugably unmatched.
